Privacy notice
Updated 25 October 2026
This notice explains how the Athena Voice demo handles data. The live demo runs on the current Athena site.
The contact form on this website opens a draft in your own email app. It does not send or store what you type.
01Google sign-in
Google and Supabase handle sign-in using your basic account identity.
Athena uses your verified Google account ID to track how much voice time you have left. The allowance ledger stores a hash of that identifier, your remaining time and call lifecycle timestamps. It does not store your email, audio or transcript.
02Voice conversations
Your browser asks for microphone access only when you start a conversation.
Audio passes through LiveKit and Athena's voice systems to produce spoken responses. Demo recordings and transcripts are not saved as website conversation artifacts.
Technical providers process data under their own policies.
03Browser storage and service logs
Your browser keeps your sign-in session so you do not have to sign in on every visit. Signing out clears it.
The service keeps operational data for security, reliability and allowance accounting.
Do not share passwords, payment information or other sensitive information in this public demo.
04Your choices
You can end a conversation, withdraw microphone permission in your browser, or sign out at any time.
